Privacy Policy

We think this belongs first, because it is what most privacy pages bury.

• No advertising network, no retargeting, no advertising cookies.
• No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps.
• No sale or sharing of your details with data brokers or other agencies.
• No user accounts, so no password of yours is stored here.
• No profiling, and no automated decisions made about you.

If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for instance — this page changes on the same day, before the tool is switched on.

Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. They exist so we can find faults and spot abuse, and they are kept for a short period and then discarded.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our server to handle security and delivery. Cloudflare therefore sees the same request data and may set its own security cookies to tell visitors from bots. Their privacy notice governs that part.

We set no cookie at all until you choose something. There are exactly two, both first-party, both functional:

• LANG — remembers that you picked English or Indonesian, so the site does not keep guessing from your device language. Set when you use the language switcher. Expires after one year.
• SAVED — holds the reference numbers of the listings you saved with the heart icon. It is what makes the saved page work without an account. Expires after one year.

Neither cookie contains your name, email or anything about you personally: LANG holds two letters, SAVED holds a list of listing numbers. You can clear the saved list at any time with the button on the saved page, and you can block or delete both in your browser settings — the site keeps working, it simply forgets your language and your saved list.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp, and Meta handles it under their own terms. If you email us, the message sits with our email provider. We keep your enquiry and the notes we take on it so that we can follow up properly — for an active enquiry as long as we are working on it, and after a transaction for as long as the records are needed for legal and tax purposes.

We use what you tell us to answer you and to find properties that fit. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Only the people who need to: our own staff, and where a transaction is under way, the notaris or PPAT and the authorities that the transaction legally requires, such as BPN and the tax office. We do not pass your details to other agents or to advertisers.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to the address or email below and we will answer.

If your data was given to us as part of a transaction, some records must be kept for the period the law requires even after you ask for deletion. We will tell you when that applies rather than quietly ignore the request.

This site is meant for adults buying, selling or leasing property. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

When our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top moves. We do not backdate it.
